//These drivers will learn quickly// unless, of course, they die in a head-on collision with said oncoming traffic as a result of being hit by a missile. |

I'd have thought punishing thoughtlessness with violence was a bit mfd-ish, really - somewhere between rant and cruelty? |
I suppose there might be an exception if the violence were a bit more ingenious. |
Now there's a real halfbaked idea - blind oncoming traffic with a laser. |
Retro-reflectors might work. |

They are little tiny headlight sized missles. I'm figuring like getting hit by a rock while driving, little thump and headlight goes out. |

Were not trying to kill people here just kill the high beams which can be quite dangerous rather than just inconsiderate. I have nearly struck pedestrians in town due to being blinded by the glare of some guy with his high beams on. |

Paintballs would be fun. With tracers. |

Not long ago, I was driving on a dark road which was undergoing maintenance. The roadbed had been ground down, leaving a rather large curb-like bump at the end of the ground section. The normal "BUMP" sign was not present. |
Upon hitting this rather large bump, one front tire went flat, both front rims were damaged, and both low-beam filaments went out. After changing the flat tire, I was forced to use my high beams for the rest of the slow trip home. |

I was flashed multiple times, but of course the alternatives were to drive home with no headlights or to wait and pay for a towtruck about 50 miles from the nearest town. I chose to drive. Should I have been punished for this by having my remaining functional headlights shot out? |
