       This is not so much an idea, more a rueful reflection that even serious design competitions can fall for the idea that merely filling things with helium will magically make them float.   

       And in the meantime, keep an eye out for next year's Electrolux competition - clearly they are gullible!

I don't see how this could begin to work. It isn't even clear if this freshens or filters air, as there is a difference.
