Is this a pun on "Grinding the faces* of the poor" ? Or another "Soylent Green" reference ? |
*Deliberate misunderstanding and a subsequent avalanche of toilet humour and jokes related to solid waste are inevitable. |

Better latte than never, I suppose.

They'll never grow that way so you're just wasting water,
forego the grinding, you'll get much better results. |
I only ever find good-coffee cafes randomly. I'll just keep
trying every place until I find the best. But if I'm visiting a
different area, I'd like to find reviews/rankings based on
really how good the coffee is - not the ambience, how good
it is for kids, or the vegan credentials. |
Kind of like trip-advisor for people obsessed with really,
really good coffee. |
I often have trouble making coffee. Sometimes I grind the
beans and pour the water on the floor. Sometimes I grind
the water and pour the beans on the floor. I've tried
pouring the beans on the water, and the whole lot on the
floor but that doesn't work either. |
What I could do with would be really simple instructions
about the order and process for making coffee.
Otherwise, it's just a frustrating mess. |
I see you're doing it three times. |

French bean juice. Haricot bean juice. Runner bean juice. Butter bean juice. Tepary bean juice. Soya bean juice. Baked bean juice. |

I often have trouble understanding obscure
references to the search page. |

It's the example summary line from the add an idea page. |

The doctors were quite sure that the Intercalary had it, but they gave him some ointment to rub on the affected parts and it seemed to go away ... |

I'm unfortunate enough that the best coffee in the city is at the end of my street, a two minute walk. So now I only look for cafes with good andor interesting views, while trying to ignore the swill they serve up disguised as "coffee". |

Using water as solvent, to extract and consume nutrients from other life
forms is as old as soup... |
Hope it's not [xenzag] expressing the need for help but then it would be in the wrong category. |
The instruction is temporally ambiguous. It does not state whether the pouring or the grinding should come first, or if the actions should be simultaneous. |

Don't encourage him, [bigs], it just makes a mocha-ry of the whole thing ... |

I think it's a lot older than that. Irish I had posted this idea first. |

No need to get in a stew over it. |

Soy bean juice is baked. Ask the Koreans. Nasty
shit. |

Has anyone here tried to Grind Water and then pour Beans
over it? Interesting concept about the water part. |
You don't need to grind it, just dehydrate it, it comes out of
the process finely powdered, you might think there's
nothing
there but that's just because the powders so fine you can't
see
it. |
You'll have to eat your powdered water & beans with a
spoon though. |
& taste remarkably like coffee bean
sans water.. |
Unless you use baked beans or something else other than
coffee beans, it won't taste much like coffee bean then. |

I would prefer my ground water to still be in a fluid form. I
think it would be interesting to make Kool-aide with it.
Maybe. It's only a dream. |
All too often, groundwater's got a heavy burden of dissolved minerals, in some geographies that means Arsenic, Lead, Bismuth, Cadmium ... water pumped from aquifers can need a fair bit of processing until it's fit for humans and dogs to drink. |
Of course, the french have got a workaround, by being so toxic themselves that nothing they consume can be any worse; hence Evian & Perrier are pumped straight from the ground and stuffed into bottles ... |
