According to Clay Shirkey, Github is a good model for open source government (link), so, Gitmocracy is a software system based on the github model that coordinates all gestural data. Have a facial expression and Gitmocracy will change your environment according to statistical predictions of your behavior based on your and everyone else's recorded history on AllTube (entry needed).

Anybody know how to make TED vids load the way they used to and not be short sideways-stretched downloads that I have to wait minutes for?		   

       Assuming that same person would also care to inform me...
...and would then do so.
