You might say to yourself, "this is kind of a contrived name for an idea because it sounds like the author came up with the name for the idea first and then sort of bent the idea around to fit it, in fact it sounds like the name for the idea is what the author used to call Dunkin Donuts when he was, after slowly creating a Dunkin Donuts addiction over several years, just formulating a theory about the nature of addiction and the open-bacterial-marketplace-nature of the inside of the handle of the doors of Dunkin Donuts restaurants," and you might be correct if you were to think that, but it wouldn't detract from the essence of the idea because it is a pretty good idea in and of itself if I do say so myself, not just because it would be a fun game but more importantly because it brings together the worlds of addictive gaming and literacy learning in a game genre and there is a great potential for this kind of thing as a platform.

So Funkin' Thrownuts the game is basically a combination of Cookie Clicker and a system for teaching drum rudiments. To make the title fit the game, the music would be funk and each tap of the screen, instead of clicking a cookie, would initiate a graphic on the screen of the throwing of a nut.
