When laid down, it operates just like a normal rowing machine. When stood upright for storage, there's a weight horn on the front for adding weight plates to stabilize it. There is a pulley on the end of the rail, and the foot extends out to the sides to function as a pullup bar. Inside the rail is a
cable extension, which attaches to the rowing handle and loops over the pulley with an attachment point to add your cable accessories, such as swivel bars, lat bars, tricep ropes, etc using the rower's flywheel for resistance.

Actually, I *have* that Sunny Health rower! That's the one I was looking at stood up and thought it looked like it would make a great pull up rack with a little wider foot and a way to stabilize it in that position, and the idea kind of took off from there. |
