American French fries are really long and thin and rectangular. So when you fry them, the part that most often gets burned or at least crispy is the corners where 3 sides meet, up at he ends. So why not just cut the ends off and sell those to people who like the burned parts?

It would be like pizza tips or donut holes.

[+] burnt bun for you. I like the burnt parts, but really you could just make pointy, burnt home-fries so you wouldn't have the middle of the french fry left! Who is going to want the soggy middles?

Maybe use them to fuel experimental bio cars?

If you want potatoes fried in a way that makes them entirely crispy, with no soggy bits, you do know that you can just go and buy 'crisps' don't you?

[bigsleep] If you hate those, what do you do with them?
