As a way around the current socialised military, I
suggest APG should establish franchises.
The first would be little booths in towns where you
can go test that gun you just printed out on a 3d
printer.
The other use of the booths is more of an IP grab,
by use of the keyboard type in
your proof that 4 is
greater than 3, beauty is equal to truth, and\ or the
next level quantum physics or whatever.
