On places where the curb is positioned or shaped in a way such that cars tend to scrape against it, they are "painted black" with tire rubber. My idea is to include in tire rubber some material that reacts with friction to leave a fluorescent yellow mark on these curbs.

Plenty of curbs that are "in the way" are painted with yellow reflective paint. So I would say baked. |
