A small oral dose of endogenous pyrogen or interleukin 1, which circulates to the brain where it raises the bodys temperature set point via the production of prostaglandin. My best diet technique is to keep my metabolism up with frequent light exercise and to drink plenty of water. My usual fever regimen is to lie in bed and whimper. |
