ie: Doctor injects you with Diptheria or
Bubonic Plague or Typhoid, and as you lose continue about your daily life you very quickly lose weight. Before you die, you're given the life-saving penicillin or whatever.
Water-Cooler conversation "Bob, you're looking terrible but losing weight at last. How do you do it?"
"Hi Terry, just got a touch of Bubo, the weights just falling off me."
