EnviroTubes?

Bringing the outdoors indoors

This has probably been well baked but here goes, after a search revealed nothing much like it : the notion is to connect homes/shops/offices with each other by means of large-bore [300-500mm?] fish/water-filled transparent tubing.

In its most obvious form it would be a static "continuous aquarium", the ever-changing contents originating from a distant hi-tech supply-and-maintenance centre for a group of hirers e.g. a pre-designed condominium, although after-marketing should be possible.

All the technology needed is already in use at surround-principle public aquaria.

Further research and development might lead to "air" EnviroTubes based on the increasingly common use of "environmental corridors". by conservationists.

Air Envirotubes could conceivably bring, no care needed, all the ever-changing life of a small stream, or of the tidal seashore, into our indoors.

Large major-maintenance "window" tanks can do the same of course, but outsourced EnviroTubes could, I suggest, become a new earner for smart operators willing to innovate.

Now ... you can tell me it's baked, and I'll delete.

Brillinant. That way I can have an aquarium in my house and not have to feed the fish.

Fill it with lobsters, attach it to your central heating boiler, and when you see one you like, flick a switch, and EEEOOOOWWWWW!

There's something odd about this page. I can't delete it from my 'Temporary Internet Files' directory. Anyone else find this?
