You know how you get those little round cake decoration thingies that look (and taste) like ball-bearings? Well how about if you could make *all* your meals appear so rich, enticing and gleaming!

All you need is a can of, errr, whatever great brand name this stuff has, and Bob's yer uncle! Simply spray your cooked meal with one of the many available metal effect colours and your dreams of golden eggs, a gorgeous silver trout or a perfectly bronzed turkey are realized...

Different sprays could be combined for more dramatic effects, or you could use a verdigris/copper combo for that well-aged look (maybe on a nice hearty steak).

I'm uncertain if eating sugared silver would have the same effect as silver salts, but a California lawyer was trying to have dragees banned. [ConsultingDetective, Oct 21 2004]

No hard candy coating, but it *is* a food coloring spray and it *does* come in silver and gold [ConsultingDetective, Oct 21 2004]

Finally! I knew that if I kept eating Lucky Charms long enough, I'd eventually find that pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. *wink wink*
