A large part of cat-to-cat and dog-to-dog communication is via ear signals. For example, 20 to 30 muscles control a cat’s ears helping it show moods such as aggression or relaxation. When you want to communicate to your pet clearly, without mixed signals, our radio controlled, omni directional ears are the answer to your prayers. The ears fit snugly on the top of your head with Velcro straps or optional ribbons. The hand controller has an easy menu for quick choice of emotion for “Stop scratching the couch” to “Come to my lap for a belly massage.” All you have to learn is how to arch your back, look without staring, etc. See below for the complement, mood-swing tail.

Jerry Van Amerongen's "Ballard Street" http://www.creators...ow.cfm?comicname=bs
A recurring theme here is a man or woman with too much time, sporting squirrel/dog/cat /bird costume, home-made, in attempts to be 'one' with the local sentient beings. [entremanure, Jun 02 2002, last modified Oct 05 2004]
