Duel use wind turbine

When the wind is blowing, it makes leccy.

When no wind, a capacitor/battery moves the turbine tilts 90 degrees, carnival cars come out and small children go "weeeh*" and get some money in the downtime.

It's the way I tell them.

* The cars are waterproof.
