Beautiful slo-mo water sculptures. I had always done this on summer vacation with ocean water at the beach with my hands and eye, then more lately with a water bottle and my eye, but just now with ducktape, an iphone and a water bottle. I can imagine one could become very skilled with creating interesting
slo mo sculptures. The link was only a first try, so no sculptures, but some pretty colors.

Huh, didn't think of that. I guess it could have been
switching back and forth as I threw the bottle up in the air.
I taped it to the bottom looking up and kind of just lobbed
it gently up in the air a few times. If you do that
repetitively you can kind of iterate the state of the water
in the bottle at the zenith of the arc of the lob. |

Category is somewhat misleading, and the idea is more of an
experiment in how to ruin an expensive piece of one's
property, but otherwise a very sound and fun project. (Do i
sound harsh, not my bone btw?) |
