Dramatic Curtains
Curtains with a speaker system built into the curtain pole. The curtain pole is also a weather monitoring device. Upon drawing the curtains a suitable sound clip is played dependant upon the weather conditions.
Should it be a thunderstorm out side then I suggest a DUN DUN DUUUUUUUH!
sound clip complete with evil laugh.
Sunny outside? The gentle twitter of birds, the song of the grasshopper and the faraway sounds of laughing children. And so on and so forth.

But how is it going to know whether the guy hiding behind the curtains is comedic relief or the villain of a horror film? |

The comic relief anticipator would allow for several factors to be taken into consideration, wind speed, temperature, humidity, light quality etc. So for a sudden downpoor on an otherwise warm early summer morn as the curtains were drawn would result in the DUN DUN DUUUUH!! Quickly changing before the end note into dun dun diddly dun dee dee dun circus style music. This at first creates dramatic tension as the curtains are opened then breaksdown into a lighter and altogther happier tune to reflect that, Yeah okay its raining but its going to stop soon and be sunny again. They really are Dramatic Curtains. |
