Date rape precluding software

The persons phone notices tone of voice, word content, and visually processes body language. If the AI thinks there is anything over a 5% chance of date rape the phone rings and tells the person to get out of there, or even offers them money to cease the date

I read that Singapore has software that monitors the body language of people at public swimming pools to find, with a computer, those that are expected to misbehave. I think I read about building lobby AI security that is similar.

       This is nuts.

First, "persons" should have an apostrophe.

Second, I do not believe for one nanosecond that AI is any better than a person (even a drunk person) at accurately detecting intention to rape based on the type of cues you suggest. I am willing to bet [8th]'s entire collection of Perry Como on vinyl that I am right.

There are date rapes and then there are other date rapes. Some of the victims are reportedly drugged into helplessness. Your AI won't be very useful, for them.

In noisy environments this would be tricky. But the accelerometer might be used to detect dangerous dance moves. Detection would only be possible for the person actually carrying the phone. The phone might also detect inadvisable or foolish dance moves and subtly cue the carrier that he or she is too drunk to continue dance, or possibly should just give up dancing entirely in favor of semirhythmic nodding.

Compare voice print to that of convicted rapists ?
