the aspiran could be mixed or could just be covered, But the general Idea is these both have blood thinning qualities and then you have the anti-oxidents as a tasty benefit. And who likes the taste of aspiran(Everyone that is human loves chocolate)Orange flavered chewable aspiran would be a good choice =) these also could be set up with layers orange aspiran in the middle with two outer layers of dark chocolate kinda like one of those andies candies.

Wikipedia: Aspirin overdose http://en.wikipedia...ki/Aspirin#Overdose
Particularly critical in children. [jutta, Nov 17 2006]

I found this part funny... http://www.news.com...579-5001028,00.html
"The study was based on tests on 139 subjects who were disqualified from an earlier, larger study on the effects of aspirin on blood platelets because they did not refrain from eating chocolate." [Shz, Nov 21 2006]

I barely remember the taste of chewable aspirin, and it would not go well with chocolate. Just swallow the things.

       sp. aspirin, benefit.
DrCurry, Nov 16 2006

I would be tempted to vote for this if it were an *orange* flavored aspirin, because dark chocolate covered orange slices (by Godiva) are my very favorite...

Kids'd be gobbling it down. And then getting sick. Bad idea.
gordsellar, Nov 17 2006

Chocolate flavored ASS, according to that wiki. Look at the German name.

I actually have two really good friends who can't stand chocolate of any kind, and they're both girls.
hermyslilsis, Nov 17 2006

yeah but they are probably ugly
Ozzy, Nov 20 2006

Ozzy that makes no sense(the ugly thing), however anything covered in dark chocolate is a fantastic idea. Yes ANYTHING.
Chefboyrbored, Nov 21 2006

this was actually something I was thinking of for all those people that take aspiran everyday to keep their blood thin, Now it is a fact that both have blood thinning capabilities and then the fact that the anti-oxidants in dark chocolate are very good for you. As with any drug you should keep it out of reach of children, as well as any pot smokers who have the munchies

Any child who is going to like any flavored chewable aspirin is going to hate dark chocolate. Perfect combination of palatable to the adult yet child-resistant. Bun!
figmeant, May 28 2007

I already dislike orange flavored things on account of aspirin, and now you want to ruin chocolate for me too?
phundug, May 28 2007

       [marked-for-deletion] flavor.

Great, now my headache's gone, but I still can't sleep at night because of the sugar rush.
croissantz, May 29 2007

       And caffeine rush.

nuclear_hobo, since this is not merely a flavor (the idea is about the supposed health benefits of dark chocolate), I'm ignoring your marked-for-deletion tag.

I have an associate who just got her child some orange flavored fish oil tabs.
