Dancing Statues Park

 Statues are sound activated and dance to music anybody plays in their presence.

People would come to that section of the park with a portable sound system, radio, even an instrument. When mics in the statues pick up music, they start dancing.

People in the park, inspired by the dancing statues would dance along. (link)
