Dance Treadmill
Normal treadmill with lights in the tread to different foot patterns | |
As treadmills go it would be a bit
wider and it could have a railing on
three sides, but the plastic fiber optic
lights woven into the tread would
show different foot falls for different
dances.
For advanced procedures the
treadmill can run backwards and
fowards for people who have
gotten
the timing and foot falls down.
Put two next to each other and link
them up for Partner mode.

Sorry phoenix, I accidentially
deleted that
last annotation. |
But in response to it, there are
more dances when you turn to
your side or turn all around, I
expect to see feet to the side and
at every other differen angle. |
The deleted annotation also made references to similarities between this and Dance Dance Revolution. |
Oh yes, sorry, I like DDR don't get
me wrong but that is a game
where you aren't required to turn
around or slide your feet. Thanks
Waugs, for the addition. Who's did
I delete again? |
BTW, how are we supposed to
pronounce your name? |
I think it was phoenix's words. You can pronounce my name like it's spelled. |
So, what circumstance is it where you need to pronounce a username? Just curious. |
You guessed it, bristolz. I was just
curious. |
Or is it "too sacred to be uttered
aloud?" ; ) |
Maybe [sartep]'s lips move while reading, and wants to know if they're moving the right way. |
That's the excuse I'd use anyway. I've been curious, too. In my mind, your name is pronounced "Wags-Squeak", which I've always envisioned as the sound effect made by a mechanical toy dog. |
Well that's incorrect, but do go on saying it that way if it gives you pleasure. |
The gist of my annotation asked how utile a dance platform could be when it only moves forward and backward. |

<Joe Dirt/>Waauuuuuuuuuuugsweeekaay</Joe Dirt> |

I have a theory that if ever someone said it correctly, three times in a row, the heavens would open and a shower of gold coins would fall on you from the end of the rainbow to the sounds of a thousand singing bluebirds; or one solitary passing pigeon would crap squarely on your head... |
...just tried it. It's definitely the latter. |
Because when you turn your body
it becomes to the eye of the
beholder a different direction. |
That's good advice [bliss], I always try to duck! |
I don't know how I missed this one. I like it. I get bored on a treadmill and sometimes do something a bit like this, minus the lights and any gracefulness that should come along with it. |
Oh, and I pronounce it many ways in my head:
waug-squeek
waugs-cue-key
waugs-cue-eek-key
(looks up, knowing no money will fall) |
