Crucifish
sushi restaurant built around Easter dish | |
Crucifish is a raw fish crucified on two chopsticks served on Easter
at
a sushi restaurant. Other western holiday serving ideas for the
sushi
restaurant that could be built around this serving suggestion, are
welcome. Happy Holidays and thaks to Lindsay for collaborating on
this idea.
I'm envious of Lindsay...

So...as a sushi aficionado, what are the rules of this fish? Any kind of fish can be served in this manner and qualify? White, red, salmon or shark? This is a dish based on serving style more than ingredients? |

There are some mackrals that would serve well in this style. |
