In the case you may be in a confined space with people
who
may or may not be sick where communicable diseases
have a
higher chance of spreading, upon someone coughing in a
place
like this, without covering up using a hankerchief or
something else, they may be liable for a fine - a sneeze
tax or
a coughfee surcharge.
I would think a complaint could be lodged and others in
the
confined vicinity could be witnesses.
One must note that this cannot apply to places like
hospitals
and clinics. Also I am not against these bodily functions,
but
the for the prevention of spread of communicable
diseases.

Why not just take a cough drop? |
|
|
It might be Ebola. Cough drops don't work for that. |

I was hoping for cough + coffee |

Probably already baked in Singapore. |

Don't agree as it would involve penalising people with lung
cancer or nervous coughs. Like the title though. Why not
just have people wear masks? [Eleventeenthly] reckons
they should do that. |
