I'm thinking something along the lines of a 20-oz mug or thereabouts with a handle large enough for one finger.

Looks goofy, strengthens your forearms and wrists, you get caffeine (when you are succesful in drinking from it). Everybody wins.

You could also go in the other direction, for espresso.

I have an antique wine jug like this somewhere at home (my wife occasionally uses it as a flower vase). Perhaps our forefathers needed to exercise their wrists too...?

I have a collection of kukri knives that were evidently made with the same comical ratios in mind.

I'd just use the handle to hang it up; otherwise, I'd just warm my hands on this monstrosity.
