Cold beer, fast!

Make beer and add ice to it

Sometimes I forget to cool my beer ahead of time, but it's absolute heresy to put ice in beer. This beer would be made with less water, with the intention of being watered down and cooled by ice. Also: drier wine

That's what frosted beer glasses and whiskey stones are for.

Can I just drink the low-water beer straight? Watering it down is for wimps.

Opening a beer when it's warm will have the effect of releasing far more CO2 than when it's cold, then, you'll add non-fizzy water to the beer resulting in a very flat end product.

A good system is to keep a container of non-freezing liquid in your freezer, ethylene glycol automotive antifreeze will work. Then just add a can/bottle to that for a minute or 3. Be sure to rinse it off before drinking though, ethylene glycol will kill you if you consume too much.

Okay, I'm bunning this because it's interesting, not because I'd ever drink this.

Also, how does the carbonation figure into it? Does the low water beer come in a sort of sludge form? Do you sell it as "Beer Sludge"? Again, bun for weirdness, not that I'd want to try it, but I would be curious to see somebody else try it.

Just as soda is still carbonated when poured into a glass with ice so is this beer.
