An action-comedy movie.
Evil clowns - or rather, evil people disguised as clowns -
have been terrorizing the city. A group of actual clowns,
seeing their profession so brutally disgraced, their art form
denigrated, and their birthday party business in the toilet,
decide they must take matters
into their own hands.
Thus is born: THE CLOWN VIGILANTE BRIGADE.
