Clothing Store Glasses

For practical shoppers in minimalist clothing stores

Some clothing stores don't label the men's versus women's sections, don't display the prices, and don't show any details about the clothes. This creates a modern, minimalist atmosphere but also completely alienates the people who like the clothes but need more information and signage to feel comfortable browsing in this type of store.

Stores should offer trendy looking glasses at the front that, when worn, cause hidden text to be revealed on the walls, on blank signs near shelves, etc. This could include: The gender of that area of the store, the price, recommendations of how to wear it (e.g. buttoned or half buttoned, cuffed or not, etc.) Lots of details generally associated with clueless people could be made available because the trendy shoppers (and general onlookers) wouldn't have to or be able to be aware of it.

(The glasses beep if removed from the store, to prevent people stealing them)

"afraid to feel embarrassed" - get a grip, man! Even if you're the kind of person who'll pick out women's frilly underwear "by mistake," you can always fall back on the excuse of shopping for your wife/ girlfriend/ sister/ mother/ webmistress.

Imagines trendy people laughing at bespectacled shoppers staring at blank walls...

I prefer to call trendy people "victims of fashion", and I could care less (couldn't care less?) about what they are thinking.

Assuming, of course that they think at all.

Funny, Canuck. I've always called them "Victims of fashion" as well. It gets very ugly down here, too!!!

Why do all these signs read only "CONSUME" or "NO INDEPENDENT THOUGHT"? And the cashier is F***ing UGLY. Oh well, I'll take twelve of these trendy suits.
