Thrice I have said it, I shall say it once more!

Woe is the person in need of a sharpened pencil!

Many a person has been in need of a pencil only to have dull and unuseable ones available, but no sharpener in sight.

My idea solves this unnecessary idea.

It is a clip-on pencil sharpener with an eraser on the end.

You stick the non-writing end of the pencil (eraserless because the sharpener has an eraser already) into the sharpener, squeeze, and twist counterclockwise (the opposite direction that you twist for sharpeneing), clamping the sharpener onto tyhe pencil. To remove for sharpening, twist clockwise, remove from non-writing end, and sharpen as you normally would. Then clamp it back on the other end and continue writing.

Oddly, I just saw this. A pencil end in the form of a stylized chicken with built-in sharpener (the pencil has an eraser).

That's pretty good, but who uses analog pencils (e.g. nonmechanical) nowadays?

How did you think you would get away with writing the same thing five times (including the tag line) without irritating people?
