How about a vending machine that only accepts credit cards? This would eliminate the need to scrabble around the back of the sofa for change, let you buy cigarettes on credit and prevent kids under the legal age of getting them from vending machines (their main sourse of supply at present). I will volunteer
to import/sell these machines as I am sure they will be a sure-fire winner...

Oops... it seemed like a GREAT idea as I was fumbling for change last night... |

I'm 17. I have a credit card. You're not preventing me from getting anything, not that I want a date with cancer in any case...so a nice big fishbone for you, and a raspberry to go with it. |

What is the legal age where you live? In the UK I'm pretty sure its 16 for cigarettes. |

There are cigarette vending machines in Canada but only in bars. |

There are fag machines EVERYWHERE over here in germany and a recent addition is that you can use a debit card (EC euro card) to pay. You can also still use coins though. |

I'm sorry, all I can think of is a machine where you buy homosexual men. (fag means gay in the U.S.) |

Just what the world needs, more ways to get cigarettes </sarcasm>. |

Baked widely in NZ, although in the last few years sale of tabacco has been tightened up, and now most of the machines can only be used if you go to the bar and show ID to the managers, who will then push a button to unlock the machine from behind the bar.
I dont see why they dont just sell them from behind the bar. |
