When the janitor comes in to clean out the bar in the morning, he draws a chalk outline of any "dead drunks" sleeping it off.
Each new morning a different color chalk. After a month or so patrons will be sitting amidst a loud ghostly reminder of past deeds of glory, some of their own and some unknown.
Spooky.
Boo!
8/30 Add a spray paint option for bars that clean up using garden hoses.

If chalk is used, the next night's spilled beer
will quickly erase the previous night's
markings. Something more durable would be
neded. |

Theatre of Cruelty "..where Corporal Nobbs had
chalked the outline of the corpse on the ground

An excellent way to remember where you were sitting before you took someone's seat. I'm reminded of the chalk outline floating in the water in the movie The Naked Gun. |

I'd forgotten that so thoroughly I still can't remember it. |

Hmm... that may be because the last time I watched it was the first time I watched it. |

Must be time to watch it again ;) |

Will it encircle the vomit spill as well, one wonders? |

I don't think you can have a "vomit spill". That would
sort of imply that someone was walking across the
bar with this bucket of vomit and, ooopsie, spilled
some. Vomit, more or less by its very nature, is not
something to which the term "spill" can reasonably be
applied. In this respect, vomit is very much like lava. |

Do children of alcoholics play "The Floor Is Made Of Vomit" ? |
|
|
Max, that is probably one of the grossest things I've read here.
Perhaps not. |
|
|
Outlining with lava would burn the floor and walls, and summon the fire department. |
|
|
Outlining with upchuck would just be making more work for the janitor. |
|
|
( sp. décor ? decore seems to be a word as well, but about the act of decorating and not the result. What the janitor does while outlining and not the pretty ghostly result the patrons see. I'll just pretend that is what I meant and fur once I no gotta fix the stupid spellin.) |

There is a significant difference, though. Vomit is fairly acidic,
whereas acidic lavas are thick and slow-flowing; basic (alkaline)
lavas are much less viscous. |

Depends on what you've been eating...easy after a few to think "that looks gneiss". |
|
|
Must we discuss this? Who brought up this sickening subject
matter anyway? I think I'll heave now, thank you. |
|
|
You think "that looks gneiss", I take it for granite. |
|

Oh schist
now it's rock puns. That's going
to be tuff to stop. |

Somebody better come up with an igneous
idea, quick. And this all started with chalk
marks cinnabar

No doubt Sherlock Holmes would look at the
chalk and pronounce, "Sedimentary, my dear
Watson". |
