To answer press first three fingers to the palm and extend pinky and thumb and say hello to the pinky. Microphone is in the pinky, speaker in the thumb. Numbers on the back of the glove. Instead of ringing it has a a rather dry voice that says "Ring ring ring."

Annotation:

Although I have no proof (hence, no fishbone), this was baked about four years ago by a group of university lamers in Caerleon (Wales). I have no doubt that HP, Microsoft, Nokia or <insert pain in the arse company> baked it well before then.

I'd like to add that we discarded the idea in favour of 'nail varnish phones' and swallowable media. :-s
