Contestants bring their cats. (Maybe the cats are the contestants). The one who knocks over the most skittles is the winner. No ball involved.

Interesting information about the game of Skittles (no cat content, though a variant called "Scattles" is noted)) https://en.wikipedi...ki/Skittles_(sport)

<channelling 8th> we would prefer to affix the cats at the end of the alley, and roll large heavy balls towards them

What do you think Skittles are? I'm very confused how brightly colored chewy candies fit into the idea as described.

       They're like small bowling pins.

       Google skittles game.

Naw, he's saying he would have leaned more towards CatSkillets.

Schrodinger needs to be involved in this somehow...
...maybe he already is.

       You don't know.

Welcome to the HB. I love cats, so this idea is fully approved +

This is unfeasible until robots are cheap enough to have one that sets up innumerable skittles. Otherwise pretty much any cat can be trained to knock over too many of them for humans to bother setting up. AI is good enough to count how many have been knocked over in a field already.

       How about a falconer's version?

I believe he's won. It would take someone more skilled than I in performing a database search on the HB to find out.
