Some sort of aresolized rubber compound in a christmas-ish color. On christmas, you spray this junk on your legs and voila, you're wearing tights. Sort of. Comes off in the shower and biodegrades so it won't clog your drain. Available in non-christmas colors.
Not necessarily work safe

Alas, science is not yet up to the challenge. But if you're flexible on the biodegradability and the sprayonity, the link is as close as we've gotten... |

Actually, science has already conquered that challenge and brought a popular and cost-effective product to market. [link] Air Stockings were featured on a segment of CBS Morning News this very morning, 2/17/04 eight months behind the BBC. Perhaps the triggering factor was that today the aerosol spray reportedly costs $30 per can, which the female commentator still judged to be a good value compared to the cost of her snagged hose. Each can provided about 20 applications or the approximate equivalent of a month's worth of hose. |

Wow, you win. Do they come with a brown eyeliner pencil, so you can draw a seam up the back? |
|

Yes, but I am so glad to know there are spray-on tights in the world! That is such a load off my mind! |

Now if someone would only come up with spray-on Christmas LIGHTS it would make my holiday season a lot easier. Especially if I could hose them off after Christmas using that spray-on christmas hose that Madcat is proposing. Could the hose perhaps be pressed into double-duty as Christmas stockings? |

I thought this would be some sort of spray-on solution to those outbreaks in Catholic church services... |
