Bench Rower

A rowing machine that doubles as a weight bench, combining two separate pieces of equipment that each take up a lot of floor space separately

The sliding seat would lock in place at the front, and at rear end of the rowing machine would be a folded bench pad that would snap down into place atop the rowing rail. You're probably* not going to get any sort of decline with this bench, but done right it could have several degrees of incline available, and various attachments available as with many premium benches. Leg bars, preacher curl bars, dip bars, etc.

*Some rowing machines break down near the middle with a takedown pin for storage, so you might be able to modify such a rail for use as a decline bench facing the opposite direction than might seem intuitive.
