Beautiful Day

By Executive Privilige, President Gush or Bore could at anytime declare a National Holiday. "Beautiful Day" notification would come to El Presidente on 'The Green Phone' at the White house from the National Weather Service. He could then give an Impromptu Press Conference from The Rose Garden where he would say "Take tomorrow off everybody, It's a 'Beautiful Day'". This could also help him get reelected, so you know he'll be hoping for it to go off around the time of the primaries. I should be a Consultant.

Unfortunately, the U.S. has places like North Dakota in it.

The way I see it, the good thing about the U.S. is that you don't have to go there... ahem..

well, i live in ireland, which is pretty much like new york, only without the crackpots. same weather, same number of people, just a lot quieter.

i agree with a 'beautiful day'. only can we change the beautiful part to read 'monday' ?

make a lot of people happy.

I know...I want to visit someday, it looks beautiful. I just get a little tired of all the 'The US is such a -violent- culture, but -we're- ok'...
