I know that in my house, a good fried egg doesn't take butter, but bacon grease. But getting it out of the stuffed fridge and evenly in the pan isn't the easiest thing in the world. It would be nice to have a frying pan with exchangable cartridges in the handle full of grease, butter, lard, whatever
you like. When ready to fry your "extremely healthy" food, a push of a button will add twice the calories and all the goodness of your meal (evenly), right into the frying pan.

Controls on the handle like those mixer gun thingies bartenders have? That's kinda cool. Cholesterol-choked croissant for you. |

Ghee (clarified butter) is also an extremely good thing to fry with. Available from all Indian food shops. |
