Seal the passenger compartment of a large 4x4 so that it is totally water proof. Make sure the widows are replaced with unbreakable glass. Fill it up with water and a large number of fish. Allow a stream of bubbles to ascend through the water to keep it oxygenated. Legally park it in a prominent, busy location for a day. Take it away without explanation.

I'll leave somebody else to make the joke about unbreakable glass widows.

How about also having a scuba-driver at the wheel, calmly reading a newspaper for a while before moving off?

Even better, park it on a "No Parking" spot in a prominent city centre location, conmplete with [MB]'s diver-driver.

Would it be possible to fill the Popemobile with tropical fish?

If so, can we have one of those little treasure chests at the bottom that opens every once in a while as it gradually fills with air?
