Those super soaker guns are good fun until the chamber de-pressurises two seconds later. Then you have to frantically pump the thing up again through a highly inefficient process using a motion that closely resembles masturbation. The idea here is to have a network of high(ish) pressure "shop" air feeds distributed around the water park. Testosterone-fuelled teenagers are thereby saved a considerable exertion, enabling them to do more squirting (both now and later).

Can also be used to inflate lilos.

       This should be doable using a scuba tank. You can already wear those.   

       Really what is necessary is a small tank of ether. On depleting your pressure reservoir, ignite a small quantity of ether inside your pressure vessel and top up your pressure with hot CO2. Fizzy!
