Aircraft Self Destruct Zone

If an aircraft flies with in an Aircraft Self Destruct Zone (usually located around large metropolitan areas and outside the landing corridor of the airport) Flight control will notify the pilot and activate onboard self destruct sequence.

If the Pilot fails to enter a Please don't blow me up PIN and does not immediately take action to leave Self Destruct Zone, a charge in the planes fuel tank will go off and sacrifice all passengers in order to prevent a repeat of the World Trade Center disaster.

       Hey, wow, now terrorists don't need to hijack planes, they just take over the control tower, threaten the pilot with self destruct if he doesn't fly over, say, the Pentagon, and then blow up the plane anyway.

       Why not just no-fly zones where you cant fly. Then if someone does enter it, authorities know something is wrong but have a chance to correct it. If it is a serious problem, they can shoot the plane down.
