Aerogel Steam Zepplin

Preferably helically hulled.

Aerogel is a terrific insulator and incredibly light while also being strong.
I am picturing a geodesic football of a zepplin hull which is kept full of steam rather than an either a rapidly diminishing or extremely flammable gas.

If the outer surface of the hull were solar collecting it would be enough to run the electric heating unit keeping the steam at temp.

If the hull were also threaded and spun above a ballast, this would also help move things along.

It's time already people.

It went up so fast, this 'e' fell off.

       But yes, aerogel is cool.

You know what? So I did. I'm going to leave it as a testament to my shame.

...and also because the idea will be completely unsearchable without the misspelling.

       Muhahahaha...

So the shape is of a huge black aerogel aero-screw with the gondola hanging down underneath the hot spinning buoyancy unit? Leonardo's helicopter sideways? Top speed 3 knots but who's counting? I want a ride.

Isn't a zepplin a fast way to come down off the zeppelin on a wire? No?

What is the density of steam?

Brilliant. There needs to be some way that the vacuum can be relieved if the steam should condense too quickly, but brilliant.
