A baby walker is like a pair of pants with wheels. I propose a similar device for making high speed around the neighborhood. A quadpod with wheels and casters and a harness so that one can sort of run and scoot around the neighborhood.... should be loads of fun. Designed such that you don't get the constant weggie that kids seem to be so fond of.

       These exist for handicapped folks.

They can be hell to control if traction is poor. Add in a slope and you'll find it hard stopping

Having problems going round and round in circles, eh dave?

Sorry! Couldn't resist. I'll be quiet now.

My dad used to have a car like that - there was a hole in the floor near the pedals.

It would be good for those drunken friends you don't feel like supporting, just steer them home. Careful on the hills....

No they dont exist for handicaped folkes. Its not a walker that you slowly move around. It has four castors and you sit in it barely touching the ground, perhaps being bownced towards it once in a while.
