3 Way Fencing is a new variation on the most excellent combative sport of foil fencing. As the name suggests, there are three competitors opposing each other, instead of the usual two. Each of the three must now begin fencing with a foil in both the left and the right hand, challenging two opponents simultaneously, as they stand in a triangular formation.

More entertaining that the classic format where the Bad Guys form a circle around the Hero(ine) and then take turns to attack one at a time, inevitably getting slaughtered in a delaying action until the Chief Bad Guy can arrive on scene for gloating purposes.

I think it would be better with a single foil each, because that would allow for a more strategic game. For instance, if A and B form a temporary alliance, then C is doomed. However, if A betrays B, then B is doomed unless C forms an alliance with B, andcetera.
