2 Way Pneumatic Trampoline Escalator

Added to those inflated bouncy houses, energy of the people bouncing down powers the people bouncing up

Kind of like a pneumatic funicular staircase, two sets of trampoline stairs, one going up the other going down would be linked together with air hoses. Those going down would land on the descending stair air bladder pushing air through a tube to an ascending stair air bladder on the other side and expanding it.

Those going up would time their hops in sync with those going down and would be bounced up the stairs with relatively little effort.

OK, I guess I'll be a little less grouchy about kids playing on the escalator.

I was thinking this would be a feature you'd add to those bouncy houses you see at fairs more than something to install in shopping malls. Maybe I should change it to "Energy of kids bouncing down..."

Naa, adults would have fun with this too. I'd want to try it.

Why do I see this being best explained by the two "French" guys in Monty Python with the the flying sheep idea..

I like where the mustaches come off and they just go with it.

Excellent! Two Buns, Going up! [+] [+]

I can hardly wait to see the blind guy and his dog from apartment 12B give it a whirl!

My usual facile comment, probably not worth google translating.

Google translator should have a "Telephone game" feature where you translate it from English, to French, to Russian, to Chinese etc just to see how it gets mangled at the end. Just click the flow chart of languages to translate to and from, type in something mundane, mirth and merryment ensues.

Actually, it occurs to me you wouldn't need air hoses, you could just have the sections of stairs linked by being part of one contiguous balloon. Picture a bunch of bags stacked like a pyramid, biggest on top, smallest on the bottom. So you'd jump on the lowest bag for instance, the person on the other side would be bounced up to the next level.

Boy this needs a drawing. Eh, maybe tomorrow.

       Yes, drawing please. (+)

       Video would be better.

       //Yes, drawing please.//

       See link.

The schematic shows the stairs in a straight line for clarity but they'd be parallel so those going up and down would be facing each other to get the timing right.

I probably need another picture. Maybe tomorrow.
