I vote for a 3D printer that uses a battery of crayons to print full-colour wax objects.

The printer would be useful for doing currency, as the amount of wax would make the banknote waterproof, and all the police would have to do is keep an eye on crayon shops to foil counterfeiters. .

Step 2: Buy crayons, adapt to fit into plotter's old pen carousel.

Solution to the color mixing issue is to have the mechanism hold an entire 64-count box.

Maybe Crayola can make this. Include a built-in sharpener.
