win...that....election!!!

turn the presidential election into a game show
  (+1, -8)(+1, -8)
(+1, -8)
  [vote for,
against]

why not? i know, i know, there's that dumb movie that came out comparing public participation in the show "american idol" and the presidential election. of course, more people voted on american Idol than in the Presidential election.

why don't we have a game show? the winners from the primary run offs can compete in a game show.

imagine: Kerry and Bush in "presidential gladiator!" or how about: sumo wrestling, eating contest, rockem sockem robots, "yo mama's so fat!" jokes, rock paper scissors, trivial pursuit, pictionary, etc...

and the winner takes all!

More people voted for "American Idol" than the presadental election because it is much easier to do, and also because alot more people can do it, because there is no age requirement to vote for "american idol", and youth are more likely to vote than adults.

//More people voted for "American Idol" //and most would have voted more than once. some would have voted many times.

Isn't that what we already do?

       Vote early, Vote often.

But that was a slogan from decades ago in Ireland.

EDIT: A saying, not a slogan. That would just be patently corrupt.

Believe it or not. You may not be the first person to have this idea. Most would instantly dismiss it though, as it is so obviously rubbish.

[Germ] Oh, there is not need to vote anymore. Diebold, Sequoia, and ES&S will do it for you.
