Sp pbasically you could film videos of a chidbirth on your ohone, add the filters and the sensitive area would be replaced with something else, so that it would look like the baby was coming out of something else like:

1) a starburst/sunflare 2) a cabbage patch 3)a birds nest 4) fog / could be white/gold/brown/purple/green sparkly etc 5)flaming gates 6)a double rainbow 7)the looney tunes bullseye that bugs bunny and porky pig burst through
