I have asked to be put back on 'hold' a couple of times because I liked the track playing.

I was on hold the other day listening to worse than midi renditions of famous movie songs. I thought my ears would rebel and shut down. I was thinking, wouldn't it be nice if pressing a button would cycle through a few different music selections... wouldn't be all that hard if the telephone system was run off a computer. Bread for you for thinking alike!
