for the sale and purchase of souls

This company would provide verification of identity for those wishing to sell their soul, assuring that only one soul per human being is on the market. It would also maintain a valuation based on verified life's history. Furthermore it would interact with soul exchanges to assure anyone proving their identity could learn who purchased their soul most recently. A "soul" would consist of a blood-signed certificate stating that the bearer has the right to the original owner's eternal soul: a bearer bond.

Is the Devil the only customer or are their other market segments?

If you sold your soul to the Devil (some Satanist'd be willing to act as his agent, I'm sure), and didn't go to Hell, would your estate have standing to sue for breech of contract?

Also: //valuation based on verified life's history// So there'd be a futures market?
