A teacher on Quora says half of students during 2018 would get papers back and never read his comments or look at the ones they did not get right.
So:
Teacher grades papers, and writes comments when appropriate.
The students know if they redo their answers they can get an extra 5-10% grade raise.
The
students have an incentive to read the comments and/or redo answers that are not right.
Software, possibly even AI detects the change in the answers and then updates the database with their 5-10% higher grade.
Note: The software does not need to be able to know or evaluate the answers, it just notices that the student redid the work.
Result: Students get a little more practice and read the teacher's comments.
A really easy alternative:
Just make an html form with as many textboxes as there are questions on the test. Ask the students to write their redo their or summarize the teacher's comment. No software parsing. When they turn it in, they get the 5-10% upgrade. This causes them to read the comments and redo some of the work. If you like you can tell them 1 question on the entire form will be read, so son't just paste in junk.

I suppose "revide" might be French for "empty out again", or
something. |
|

So not aimed at the students that are desperate to make the perfect 100%. Are you sure this isn't angst about getting that question wrong, [beanangel]? |

Not sure about the 5-10% but [+] for stimulating research. |

Ugh, don't get me started on exam marking/grading. Not
sure about other places & times, but when I was at high
school, there were some REALLY stupid ideas around exam
grades. |

I can't really see a downside to this... |

Most students will see right through this, still not read the comments, and make arbitrary changes where annotated. |
