The oscillator, similar to a cellphone vibrator, is constructed on a flexible stalk terminating in a suction cup. This construction allows the oscillators to be positioned anywhere on the jello/jelly.
One, at a low frequency would give the standard jello mesmerizing motion. Using more, with experimentation
of jello density and flexibility, would give the ability to put on a show of standing waves and interference patterns. Maybe, this sculpture type could even be a whole new art form.
Taking this thought a little further. If the jello is made of packed cubes then the wave would have a size limit. Too big and the wave wouldn't transfer but rather just tear the packing boundary. It might be possible to have the waves squeeze a cube to poke just above the surface. Gravity will have it slip back. Air allowing.
It might be possible, in a jello torus, with the complexity of wave squeezes and voids to "jump" the centre with a jello blobby. The blob should not be a shark shape.

Surreal, pointlessly weird, and in a subtle
way really quite disturbing

This was actually done on television fairly recently - Heston Blumenthal served jelly with vibrators embedded in it to make it wobble suggestively. |

Strangely reminiscent of some business in japan, they have just given a press release on the the upgrade to their physics engine for animations or certain kinds of cartoon I will not mention the content therof... |

Oh, one of *those* cartoons
you should be
ashamed of yourself. |

well, that's what my friend told me, of course. |

I'm not falling for that again... |

As to the idea, (+), Cosby approved. |

Did you fall, or did she trip you and then tie you up ? |

Irrelevant. There was a weightless sensation and a thud. Everything else is just details. |

Aha, Ghost in the Shell, it does at least have a plotline... |

Nice deletion between my anno and [Lessor Spotted Kiwi]'s. That was pretty slick I must say. |

Well, nobody thought the dosing the city water supply with one homeopathic happy pill comment was interesting, so I gave up on it... |

Anyway, wouldn't want to keep all the adulation to myself. |

This web site jumped the shark long ago. + For the idea. I would build this. |

This is fine. I wonder if one could rig up bass amps to do the vibrating. Ideally one would use the various tureens etc as speakers so it would not be too loud in your dining room. |

Also the salt cellars need to be hooked in. |
